Peru: Xertica.ai expects about 40% growth and targets mining

Xertica.ai expects to grow about 40% in Peru this year. In an interview for Gestión, CEO Saúl Chrem said 80% of the company’s growth comes from customers it already serves.
Xertica already works with agricultural companies in Peru and is developing solutions for mining. It plans to expand its work in mining, agriculture and fishing from 2027. Chrem said the company looks for a customer in the industry to develop and test a solution with before offering it more widely.
Chrem identified supply chain and exploration as two areas where Xertica sees opportunities in mining. He gave no target for the number of mining clients and said the company is assessing how much business each project could generate.
