Outside a branch is not the same as digital. That bucket also holds ATMs and phone banking. The report gives a separate figure for digital means, 69.9%, and that one is measured on value transacted rather than on the number of operations. Two different things that get quoted as one.

I raise it because these are the numbers that end up on a slide when someone is selling infrastructure into Colombia, and the rounder version travels further.

José Borges of Vertiv, quoted in the same piece, says racks handling 25 to 80 kW are now common there, well above traditional configurations.
