Colombia e-commerce in Q2 2026: online sales grow 13.8% in real terms
Online sales in Colombia reached 41.81 trillion pesos in the second quarter of 2026, up 13.8% after inflation, according to the CCCE. Technology was 17.2% of transactions. Even so, only about 5% of Colombian retail is digital.
Technology was 17.2% of online transactions in Colombia in the second quarter of 2026 and 12.1% of the value, according to the Colombian e-commerce chamber (CCCE).
Total online sales reached 41.81 trillion pesos, about $13.6 billion. That is 20.5% more than a year earlier in nominal terms and 13.8% after inflation. The average ticket fell 8.1%, to about $61, and María Fernanda Quiñones, the chamber's president, read that as people buying online more routinely.
She also put Colombia at about 5% of retail sales through digital channels, against 12% in Brazil, 14% in Chile and 17% in Argentina.

For Chile, the Santiago Chamber of Commerce reported online sales at about 12% of retail in the first quarter of 2026.
